Review

The vivo X300 Pro is a 2025 flagship that combines professional photography with precision. At its core is the 3 nm Dimensity 9500 "blue-crystal" edition, a 1xC1-Ultra + 3xC1-Premium + 4xC1-Pro all-big-core cluster that coaxes Geekbench 6 figures over the line of three-and-four thousand single and ten thousand multi seconds while maintaining skin temperatures cool as ice because of a crystalline peltier-cooled vapor chamber measuring in at a blistering eight-thousand mm². Graphics are also muscles: an Immortalis-G925 GPU pushes 33 % more frames up and down, 119 % stronger ray-tracing over last year while sipping down 28 % less fuel to let the phone score a solid 412 000 on AnTuTu V11 uninterrupted at no lower than an insane past-70pct-stable level throughout a Wild Life Extreme run for 20 juices.

The engine that drives pro-grade photography is a 6510 mAh (typ) second-generation semi-solid "blue-sea" battery — the largest ever in the history of vivo flagship series, charged at 90 W wired or 40 W wireless to 55 % in 18 minutes under test(1) and packs with at least more than 90 % health after being subjected to over of 1,600 charging cycles. And to future-proof your memory, there's LPDDR5T 8 533 Mbps RAM (either with 12 GB or 16 GB) and dual-lane UFS 4.1 flash that stripes data at up to 8.6GB/s, cutting game-install waits in half and outputting in full native-4K video almost instantly-high speed means everything is instant action. The display is BOE's Q10+ substrate 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO panel that can go down to almost 1 nit for midnight reading, or all the way up to 3k nit HDR peaks with IP68/IP69 sealing against dust and high-pressure water jets as well as a protective PWM running at 2 160 Hz and survives being submerged in water of up to 1.5 meters deep for no more than half an hour.

Imaging is where the X300 Pro really shines. The same 50 MP Sony LYT-828 1/1.28-inch primary sensor found in the Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro is linked to a 200 MP Samsung HPB periscope. Behind the glass are Zeiss T coatings, VCS bionic spectrum filters, and vivo's self-developed V3+ ISP that offers 4K 60 fps portrait video capturing mode, 4K120fps Dolby Vision HDR recording support and a multi-focus two-stage depth-of-field calculation support. AI tracking grabs hold of subjects in 8 ms, and the enhanced Zeiss portrait package produces swirly bokeh or cinema-like flare instantly.

Just as impressive is its software and battery life. The newest OriginOS 6 developed based on Blue River Smooth Engine makes smoothness last forever. It has a whopping 6510mAh large battery that supports 90% fast charging power of wired and 40W wireless, no more worrying about the power issue. It comes beautifully designed in four fantastic colors: Wild Brown, Free Blue etc that combines oriental beauty with comfort grip. With all these integrated advantages, X300 Pro establishes vivo in the high-end segment, bringing a new benchmark to the world of flagship smartphones.

All that's rounded out with stereo speakers, including N'Bass filler, dual-frequency GPS and four-way Beidou, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 through to USB 3.2 Gen 1 plus satellite SMS on the photographer edition's larger (42 GTB) storage options — all centred within a sleek 7.99 mm waif, leaning forth atop an aircraft-grade aluminium frame clad in silky frosted glass crowned by a discrete flush-sitting "floating dew-drop" lens ring that measures just 2.45 mm tall off the tabletop.
